The survey took place between the 24th and 27th October 2008 and was carried out online.
The final sample size was 2,597 adults who are currently in full or part-time work and the results were weighted to be representative of the total workforce in terms of organisational size and public, private and voluntary sector split. In addition information was captured on the employee’s industry and seniority.
