Hoshin Workshop Leader's Guide

Leader's Guide Conducting your own Hoshin Workshop using the Leader's Guide is the most cost effective way to get your management team up to speed on the concepts of Hoshin Kanri.
If your organization is ready to implement Hoshin Kanri, training the management team is an essential step. Your options are to pay for professional training from an outside source or develop the training yourself. Sometimes the best option is to have an outside trainer work with the senior management team and then have internal trainers work with the rest of the organization. TQE and its Affiliates are ready and willing to help with on-site training, but if you want to conduct your own training, then the Hoshin Workshop Leader's Guide will help you get up to speed quickly.
The Hoshin Workshop Leader's Guide is based on the on-site Hoshin workshop created and conducted by Pete Babich. It provides the workshop leader with a comprehensive set of tools that leverages knowledge gained from conducting over 100 Hoshin Workshops. The Leader's Guide contains lecture notes, case studies, and tips for conducting a Hoshin workshop. It includes a CD with a PowerPoint presentation that can be customized with your preferences. The CD also includes narrated lectures that can be used during the workshop or for training the workshop leader. The Leader's Guide license agreement allows you to make unlimited copies of the Participant's Workbook for use within your organization. Also included with the Leader's Guide is a copy of the Hoshin Handbook and a single user license for the PCHoshin software. Both the workshop and software are based on the process described in the Hoshin Handbook.
