"Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion", nevertheless,.....

Monthly thought

ASQ today Quality quote [July 24, 2012]: "Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion" - Hegel

That is true in regarding to drive people toward their goals, therefore putting them in a mindset of realization.

Nevertheless, in my point of view, having passion solely, is not enough to reach best performance in any sort of management, mainly in quality issues.

Along with passion, people must be trained, thus being properly qualified to use management and quality tools.

Those tools provide base and/or specifics knowledge that enable people to do right things in its right time, avoiding wastes and re-work, that spend precious time and money in any sort of activities.

Once we have been facing time where competition is fierce and the economy has been passing hard times, companies and people must be enforcing themselves to be updated in  management tools nowadays spreaded worldwide.

This must be a continous search beside passion, and I am sure these two things together, will remain enlarging all science and activities around the world.

I am letting you an invitation for one reflection about here up thoughts and I appreciate opinion from readers.
