When
you gain some experience in the project manager role you realize how
important your relationship with the stakeholders is. These are people
who are probably quite senior in the company and they will be keen to
see how you get on with the work.In many cases this relationship is pretty easy to maintain from your side, as the stakeholders will be happy to attend the meetings, add ideas of their own and generally help push the project along in the direction you all want it to go in.
