Coughing during a Concert

OK, so this is a somewhat different post. I recently had the opportunity to attend an Itzhak Perlman concert and to be seated where I could not only hear him play the violin, but observe his mastery of the instrument Violin concert from almost right above the stage. It was wonderful. But that is not exactly the topic of this post. With a performance that involved only violin and piano, every extraneous noise was heard. Two such "noises" caught my attention. The first was the random cell phone going off during the concert and the second was patrons coughing, which miraculously occurred only between movements and involved a significant number of attendees, not a random few.
