For decades, business leaders have held up adaptability as a virtue. Whether pursuing growth, streamlining operations or improving the employee experience, iteration is one of the most important drivers of impact. And the ability to pivot based on new information has never been more important. Coronavirus-induced uncertainty makes it impossible to predict what next month will bring, let alone next year. Despite widespread acceptance of the benefits of being change-capable, many team leaders are uncertain about how to go about developing teams that can shift gears at pace.
