Governor
of Maryland, Martin O'Malley, addressed cybersecurity participants from
academia, Industry, and government as the closing keynote speaker for
the first day of a workshop hosted by the National Initiative on Cyber
Education (NICE), "Shaping the Future of Cybersecurity Education," on
Sept. 20, 2011.
